Sunday 6th July, 1.00 – 4.30pm – Part Two

Mindfulness Meditation – going deeper – learn simple yet powerful, Buddhist meditation techniques

The De-Stress Diet – the yogic approach to food – ayurveda; eating right for your body type – food combining

De-stress Yoga – restorative, mindful asana & breathwork class

Cost £35 per day if booked separately or £60 for two days if booked before 21st Jun

Vicki will lead you through yogic breathwork techniques and simple yoga postures that will help to deepen your connection with yourself, opening up space in the body to clear the energy pathways and allow for deep and profound healing. Through conscious control of the breath, you can balance your mood, calm your mind and energise your body.

Claudia will guide you through mindfulness meditation techniques and a restorative yoga class that will help to ground you and bring your awareness to the present moment. The De-stress diet will cover eating a wholefoods, anti-inflammatory, plant based diet; healing digestive and stress-related issues such as IBS, constipation, hormonal imbalances and chronic inflammation through diet and lifestyle; the ayurvedic approach to managing stress; mindful eating; yogic diet; food combining; overcoming sugar addiction and food cravings and more.
